General Manager
Kevin Sisson began his career in the moving industry in 2001 as a mover. Through dedication and hard work, he advanced to Foreman, then Master Mover, and subsequently Field Manager. Throughout his extensive industry experience, Kevin built a strong reputation for quality and leadership. In 2019, he was promoted to Operations Manager and became General Manager in 2025.
Known for his strong work ethic and leadership abilities, Kevin takes pride in developing high-performing teams and ensuring exceptional customer service. His deep operational knowledge and hands-on experience have been instrumental to Leaders Moving's continued success in the Cleveland market.
A proud Cleveland native and Lincoln West High School graduate, Kevin values family, hard work, and integrity. He and his wife, Ruby, are proud parents to their daughter, London.

Nathan joined the Leaders Moving & Storage Sales Support team in 2025, bringing with him a strong background in customer interaction and creative collaboration. Before joining Leaders, Nathan worked in sales, where he developed valuable communication and relationship-building skills, and at a music studio, where he expanded his passion for creativity and teamwork.
Outside the office, Nathan enjoys spending his time getting behind the wheel for go-karting, listening to his music collection, and playing Xbox. His enthusiasm, adaptability, and commitment to continuous growth make him a welcome addition to the Leaders team.

Larger residential and commercial moves are generally scheduled for early morning, around 8 AM, to allow ample time for completion. Smaller jobs like apartment or condo moves can be scheduled throughout the day.
We’ll confirm your pickup time in advance so you can prepare accordingly.

While we recommend utilizing your own boxes, packing paper, and tape, our professional packing services are available to take the stress out of preparing for your move.
Our packers are trained to load items efficiently, with heavier items on the bottom and delicate items safely secured. If anything becomes damaged despite our care, we’ll make it right through repair or fair compensation.
