Richie Cox has been with Leaders for eight years. During that time, he has served as the Cincinnati General Manager for three years and as the Director of Operations for five years. In addition to heavy involvement in business strategy through data analysis, Richie desires to maintain a strong workplace culture, and is willing to lend a helping hand anywhere he can. Richie attended Harvard University (2012), where he played football and baseball, and loves working out and playing basketball. He has been married to his wife, Megan, for ten years, and has two boys - Calvin (8) and Cooper (5).

Tyrone Armstrong
General Manager

Tyrone Armstrong has been with Leaders 4 years in the Cincinnati location. Tyrone started his career as the Operations manager in 2020. Since then, he has worked his way up to being the current General Manager. Tyrone is a graduate of Holy Cross High school where he is also in the Hall of Fame for football. Tyrone is a devoted father of 3 boys and is also a grandfather of one. Tyrone is a proud leader of young men, as he plays a significant role in moving the world.

Phillip Holmes
Operations Manager

Phillip Holmes started out at Leaders Moving and Storage as a dedicated mover with 4 years of experience. He is now thriving as the Cincinnati operations manager after his Army service. As a basketball enthusiast, he believes in teamwork both on and off the court!

Max Harlor
Sales

Max Harlor has been with Leaders for three years in sales and operations roles. Outside of delivering a great moving experience, he loves spending time with his wife, Jamie, and daughter, Kennedy. Max also enjoys hanging out with friends and making music.
