- Eligibility: The “Every Moving Moment” Giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States, 18 years or older, who are planning a move within the service areas of Leaders Moving & Storage Co. Employees of Leaders Moving, their immediate family members, or anyone directly associated with the giveaway are not eligible. Proof of residency and age may be required.
- Entry Requirements: To enter, participants must complete the entry form on https://www.leadersmoving.com/every-moving-moment-giveaway.
- Prize Details: One winner will receive a free move, including packing, transportation, and unpacking for a household of up to 3 bedrooms, within a 50-mile radius of a Leaders Moving & Storage Co. office location. The prize is non-transferable, non-redeemable for cash, and must be used within 12 months of the winner announcement.
- Selection Process: The winner will be selected by a panel of Leaders Moving & Storage Co. judges based on the creativity and emotional impact. Extra entries for sharing, commenting, and uploading a photo increase chances but do not influence story judging. The decision is final. The winner will be notified via email within 7 days of the giveaway closing.
- Giveaway Period: Entries are accepted from May 29, 2025, to July 15, 2025, at 11:59 PM EDT. The winner will be announced on or before July 25, 2025, via email and Leaders Moving’s social media channels.
- Privacy and Marketing: By entering, participants consent to their name, email, social media handle, moving moment story, and photo (if submitted) being collected and stored by Leaders Moving. Participants will be added to the Leaders Moving & Storage Co. marketing and promotional email list but may unsubscribe at any time. Stories and photos may be shared publicly (without personal details) for promotional purposes, with participant consent implied by entry.
- Data Security: Leaders Moving & Storage Co. will protect participant data in accordance with applicable privacy laws. Personal information and photos will only be used for giveaway administration and marketing purposes as outlined.
- General Conditions: Leaders Moving reserves the right to cancel or modify the giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or other factors beyond their control impair its integrity. Participants agree to abide by these terms and Leaders Moving & Storage Co.’s decisions.
